Thanks for asking my opinion and I will share some of my thoughts,

1. Like many here I like the technology and I think we as a society we are moving towards Smart Roads & Cities. I may not like the end result (speeding tickets) but I think it is inevitable that Smart Roads are coming. I have reviewed the patents and they are 6 - 10 years old so it begs the question why hasn’t Terrance been able to find someone to market them with. Maybe he was just ahead of the rest?? Anyways the patents are real, they are current, and as far as I have been able to tell there is no one else out there with similar patents so in my opinion they have value.

2. My biggest concern is Tony resurfacing and making noise about 5G and Smart Cities which is an obvious play on NPI. My concern is there is some tie between Tony and Terrance and can Tony raise the funds to sway Terrance to NPI. PRDL is/was a custodianship reverse merger by Alpharidge aka Frank Igwealor and he appointed Tony CEO in October. I can only guess that Tony knows Frank or convinced him that he could get NPI to follow him. Tony had this opportunity once and based on my conversations he did jack shit with it so why would I think it would be different at PRDL? There is also the question of the money Tony owes to Old Sawmill that will be a speed bump that he and PRDL will need to navigate.

3. I believe that Terry and Jeff Brooks speak on a regular basis and that they would like to get PMPG current and along with that bring NPI. As a Holding Co I think Terry would like to get a proof of concept for NPI and get them hooked up with some DOT because after all it is a Smart Road product and roads belong to DOT’s.

Number 2 is my biggest concern because it is possible that Tony does something to get NPI to come to PRDL. I hope not and based on my conversations, and at the current moment, I think NPI stays with PMPG. However, PMPG needs to get current before the fast approaching end of the year and that needs to include something definitive about NPI. I also saw something over the weekend, and maybe it was on the PRDL board, that some announcement about Tony is forthcoming so that will be interesting (I need to go find that again).

I’ll end with this. Look at the share structure of PMPG and PRDL. PMPG OS – 397,949,425 PRDL OS – 4,989,672,411. I think it will be easier for Old Sawmill/PMPG to raise the 15 mil needed to get NPI running and I think Jeff Brooks will play a big roll in that.
