The part about being exonerated may be bullshit but most of the information about him was taken from various legit documents.

That was a lie. He was not "exonerated" of anything. NO judge would ever say what that one is reported as saying. And although Babs was charged in New York, that happened in the S.D.N.Y, the district that covers Wall Street, and Wall Street crooks.

The case referred to in the "article" did not happen. ALL federal litigation appears on PACER.

What's interesting is why and how those "articles" suddenly turned up.
