I'm inclined to wonder whether Babs just went through a lot of money, and is trying to raise some however he can. Bitcoin was very hot in 2021 and early 2022. And then it crashed. Babs may be having difficulties.

That doesn't, however, explain the fact that it's just gibberish. Or that whoever wrote it has forgotten there's no such company as "Fb". Or even "FB". It's been Meta for awhile now...
