Since we are going to only 1.7B shares unless the firm anticipates the stock will remain at $25 we don't have enough shares given R&D costs Direct as well as more trials for L. Do you think Merck loves NWBO more than Bristol?

I see no interest by either.

But what makes you think they are only going to 1.7B shares? We know LL will go well past the AS limit, as she is 320M over it today. And we do not know if she will increase the number in the final proxy as she did in 2018. Or if ....

Time is huge in this space. If BP really saw something they would not have been sitting on their thumbs. And it has been 2 years since the locked data was available for them to rake though.
