You mean "not" noticing, right?

I'm thinking that if they were selling those prefs at, say, $3 or more dollars per common share (so $75 per pref), they'd hit $250 million selling 3.3 million pref shares (equalling 83.3 million common).

And at $5, they'd only need to sell 2 million pref shares (equaling 50 million common).

So if I'm correct in looking at it like this, that still would leave over 100 million common shares to work with over the coming year(s).
