Just a brief point about being an independent company.

What does that even mean? Does that mean the status quo with LP and LG sitting in Bethesda just contracting everything out? Keeping the same five directors on the board? Remaining a company called NWBO?

Or does it mean just not being bought 100% lock, stock and barrel by a BP company? Well, if that’s the definition, then the pro independence movement on this MB will get their wish.

There will be a successor company to NWBO that will continue to develop Direct indications and JV (or spin-off) L, which we’ll all receive shares. We’re at the partnership stage, not the buyout stage, so by my definition we’ll remain independent, but enter into BP partnerships for various things.

George Washington will cross the Potomac into Bethesda via the Metro Red Line, sing the Star Spangle Banner with his “wooden teeth” and declare the independence of NWBO’s successor company.

That’s my story, and I’m sticking to it.
