LP is not causing dilution now, it was already preprogrammed by issuing the options and other convertibles to common, which have to be covered.

Even if there is some new dilution it is par for the course for pre revenue companies since operations have to be funded by stock and/or debt.

LP has made real efforts to minimize dilution in the last years, and as has been noted already this raise in AS is very measured.
