What people do not get is that retail does not vote much. For a heavily retail stock it can be difficult to get any non-routine vote passed.

Not saying it wont pass, but it is not a slam dunk.

100% correct those are facts. "What people do not get is that retail does not vote much. " => especially during the holiday season and with a low SP because of absend of news to prop the SP

And every absence of vote is a NO vote.

NWBO management knows this so the question is. Wtf is going on, why to risk such vote?
