The vote will go fine. The JA is enough to chew on and like it or not we have to keep NWBO funded until revenue comes online or a buyout.

Shareholders did not want a Reverse Split and avoiding that means we have to authorize more shares and take the dilution.

Now if there had been no JA plus SNO appearance then a vote for a share limit authorization increase would have been tougher but we did not get stiffed and the science story is over and we know the business story (which is the part that gets us paid I’d beginning).
