I frankly think that a 500K share increase was conservative, I had thought that they'd ask for 2 billion shares to be authorized. December 30th should give them the time to gather all the votes needed to get a quorum and gain the needed approval.

I'm glad that the meeting will be webcast, even if only those attending can ask questions. I know it's early, but is anyone planning on attending at this time?
