Very interesting. Most obvious conclusion is that it points to a joint venture instead of a buyout, but could also be a negotiation tactic if they’re finalizing a BO price. Big pharma needs to know that if they don’t pony up, we have a plan in place to get this drug to market one way or the other.

Seems like good news and we’ll know the specifics by Dec 30th (probably a few weeks before)
