I would think that’s a safe assumption, that top BP management would be made aware of the official TLD and JAMA Oncology peer reviewed JA.

In fact, BMY and Merck top managements would have already been aware and following progress, and they both were going to take part in combo trials at UCLA, and Merck currently is involved in a combo trial and making Keytruda available.

An executive from Merck was also previously temporarily hired by nwbo at an important time for finalizing the DCVax L SAP among other things. That executive returned to work at Merck and we still speculate about what his mission was!

So in summary yes several of BP top management are aware for certain now and were aware previously of DCVax and nwbo.

All big companies have to scour the landscape for early signs of potential threat to their products and businesses.

I used to be involved in that kind of early warning and assessment in the telecom business and software technologies.
