TPTW Dividend Logic with INOQ…

Below is some dividend logic to consider to only help investors to get an idea of just how powerful the dividend of INOQ to the TPTW shareholders could be. I'm new to TPTW so if I'm looking at anything incorrectly, please correct me. Keep in mind that these thoughts are speculative to only get an idea of how such could potentially benefit TPTW shareholders. The dividend distribution would be predicated upon the Outstanding Shares (OS) for both companies for determining the distribution ratio…

TPTW OS = 1,098,339,928

INOQ OS = 400,728
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/INOQ/security

The key to consider is the Authorized Shares (AS) being 100,000,000 shares for INOQ. I’m guessing that they are not going to go anywhere near maxing out the INOQ OS. So, I’m guessing they will maybe issue half for the dividend. That would make the new INOQ OS to be 50,400,728 shares. That would mean that they would have set aside 50,000,000 shares for the dividend to TPTW shareholders. Consider this for an example…

1,098,339,928 (TPTW OS) ÷ 50,000,000 (INOS Dividend Shares) = 21.96

For simplicity sake, I’m going to round that dividend ratio distribution number to be 20 to 1. This means that for every 20 shares you own of TPTW, you will get 1 share of INOQ. This means that at the current price of TPTW at .005 per share and with the current price of INOQ at $3.00 per share, here’s what that means from buying 1,000,000 shares of TPTW at .005 per share

1,000,000 of TPTW x .005 per share = $5,000 Cost

This will get you…

1,000,000 TPTW Shares ÷ 20 Dividend Distribution Ratio = 50,000 Shares of INOS

50,000 Shares of INOS at the current price of $3.00 = $150,000

So, if you spend $5,000 to buy 1,000,000 shares of TPTW at .005 per share, you will be rewarded 50,000 shares of INOQ as a dividend valued at $150,000 in value.

This also means that there is a 30 times greater the value difference for this example. This would mean that at .005 per share, the ”Price of Equilibrium” for TPTW would need to be 30 times its current price or .005 x 30 = .15 per share

Please understand that the above calculations are not the gospel. I have no idea what the true distribution ratio of the dividend will be. Plus INOQ would need to maintain its share price. Also, the stock price info above is not constant because the price of TPTW will always change daily. Use the ”Substitution Property” to replace any variable that manifests itself as the actual variable for the dividend distribution once the news is released. I hope this helps to show the potential power of the dividend if it is done correctly with the right distribution ratio.
