If JRLopehandia received millions from MSX's treasury re the Pascua Lama project and have been found to be an extremely poor partner, would MSX not want to use any means at their disposal to adjust JRLopehandia's attitude as it relates to their company.
There has to be a couple regulators looking into this with maybe a high placed legal force.
