Rural Digital Opportunity Fund (RDOF) auction winners need to meet the Federal Communications Commission's (FCC's) time requirements to reach 40% of locations by the end of the third year of funding.

If we haven't even built one or tested, can we build scale to meet the deadline? Could our suppliers even meet the demand or do we build the infrastructure. New plant takes 1.5 years to build and site with new equipment to manufacture the system. Reliance on our key suppliers Roush, CAT or a new player is our only choice. We don't have the capabilities or skills to manufacture! So many questions need to be answered by CGEI/Aradatum when contracts become a reality.
