The 10K filing date is mandated by SEC rules. The CC is done the day of the filing usually. Nothing odd about any of this.

Missling has to fly out of NY to get to CTAD. Since this is an important conference it appears he is flying out a couple of days early just in case there is bad weather etc. to make sure he is there an settled in. Of course he probably wants to spend some time at CTAD catching other presentations and meeting with people. CTAD starts on the 29th. So CC early and then he hops a plane to San Fran gets checked in and starts meeting and greeting.

If investing was easy, everyone would be rich by now.
