They Are Reading, Learning About Anavex

I don't think scientists at Biogen or any other big Pharma are spending their time on iHub message boards reading what a bunch of small-time retail holders are writing.

Yes, that's true.

But they are reading and trying to understand the biochemical mechanisms of sigma-1 receptor activation by the Anavex molecules. That's the center of the entire matter. If Anavex's unique mechanism of action (MOA) doesn't really work, if blarcamesine as a sigma-1 receptor protein ligand can't actually induce autophagy, proper folding of enzymatic proteins in the endoplasmic reticulum, restoration of neuron homeostatic processes, etc., Anavex and its drugs will fail.

Recollect, however, when was the last posting showing or telling why and how the Anavex MOA simply can't or doesn't work? Frankly, no one with any good explanation or evidence is claiming that the MOA doesn't really work anymore. Several years ago that was a major naysaying about Anavex. "The drug can't work in the manner being claimed. There can't be any sort of ligand binding to the sigma-1 receptor protein that could possibly induce positive therapeutic results for, of all diseases, Alzheimer's."

Today, no one is actually questioning blarcamesine's MOA anymore. Competent research biochemists and cellular physiologists in labs and universities across the land have scrutinized the available information and they remain silent. Like the rest of us, they've discovered the abundant evidence showing positively that blarcamesine as a sigma-1 receptor ligand really does induce good therapeutic downstream processes.

After devoting an entire career to perfect monoclonal antibodies to digest beta-amyloids it must not be pleasant to be confronted with Anavex science. It obviates everything in the past and the future. End of career. Go learn and do something else.

Or, decide not to read or learn anything about Anavex science and pretend it doesn't exist? Sure.
