I agree with you and have been saying it for a long time. A R/S at this price is a death knell for shareholders.

I give GC credit that he has kept his word to this point and not R/S'd. But I have said all along that I believe there can be a point where he has no alternative.

Unfortunately, lack of cash could be a breaking point.
