Buying into Penny stocks like TOMDF is not a good way to invest. Blue Chip stocks are used for that. Buying into a Penny Stock like Todos is a gamble and usually done because of the lure of the possibility of a multiple increase in the shareprice. Rarely happens and often when it does happen we miss the opportunity.

Otherwise to hold a penny stock and to keep buying more on weakness and justifying it as bettering your average is foolish to say the least.
