So a company that knows what NWBO is worth but which could never get their institutional and activist shareholders to go along would probably need to partner now to inject NWBO with funds and also add the credibility of that company to NWBO's comparatively limited credibility, facilitating an uplist.

Then once the benefits of being on a better exchange come into play, on top of approval (hopefully by late next year) the share price will be higher and the company can pay what they wanted to pay the whole time but which would have been impossible to share to their institutional shareholders as a responsible decision when NWBO is sitting at less than $1.00 a share despite good news.

Does that sound right?
