As Warren Buffet says, think of an investment as owning part of a business, not random wiggles of the share price, if you’re not just trading but investing.

Is the enterprise heading in the right direction, and for a pre revenue company that means achieving the steps in getting to approval and commercialization.

As an example, we’ll before buying my first shares of nwbo I invested in EDAP TMS pre FDA approval for its focused ultrasound devices that are used to treat (ablate) localized prostate cancer tumor.

The stock price had over the years bounced low, high, low, big high, low again, and moving higher now. The company pursued the steps to show the building evidence of thousands of treatments outside the US, introduced the technology in the US, step by step satisfied requirements for filing and approval, placement of first units in reputable hospitals, and bootstrapping the US business which is still in the first innings.

The investment of maybe over 15 years has recently stabilized as a 3-bagger and possibly now start accelerating higher.

Consider that there are alternatives for treating localized prostate cancer, such as cyber knife, etc., however there is no alternative treatment to murcidencel at this time.

Murcidencel is now shown to be efficacious, it can be manufactured at scale and the easiest to administer, while being extraordinarily safe and free of side effects!

That’s the investment and achievement of the steps to approval and beyond is what matters to build the intrinsic value of the business.

Aside from the business aspects, the hope and benefits to humanity are so important that the treatments must be made universally available and the full potential be realized even if it were possible to not be profitable!
