I received this response a couple weeks ago from an email I sent on May 13th.

We will explore your idea further, along with other solutions that will make meaningful progress for patients, survivors, and their loved ones.
In February, President Biden reignited the Cancer Moonshot and set bold new goals to decrease the cancer death rate by at least 50% over the 25 years and to improve the experience of people and families living with and surviving cancer. This spring, the Cancer Cabinet – which brings together leaders across the Biden Harris Administration as part of a whole-of-government approach to ending cancer as we know it – unveiled priority actions. These include: (1) close the screening gap; (2) understand and address environmental exposures; (3) decrease the impact of preventable cancers; (4) bring cutting edge research through the pipeline to patients and communities; and (5) support patients and caregivers.
