The cost of healthcare has absolutely nothing to do with NATO, Ukraine or even really “tort reform”. Those are just ways of splintering different interest groups. And I am sure tort reform could be had if certain interests were willing to fix the entire system rather than piecemeal break things. Healthcare reform has been a huge benefit to the country and would have been better but for all the efforts to try to accommodate and use the the ideas of those opposed to it to get them to support it. Their sabotage of the program at many levels has been incredibly destructive. The opposition to healthcare reform is filled with a lot of people who do not want to solve any of these problems, they offer empty ideas, when you try to work with them to use their useful ideas they refuse to play ball at all because those ideas were only offered to fool people into thinking that they had ideas and were sincere, but in fact they were only floated as a distraction to prevent any change at all from the status quo.
