SAVA offered 1.666M shares with a preexisting outstanding share count of 40M. Dilution was about four percent, but the discount offered (at $30 per share) was way over four percent. The fact that the price is presently over $30 only means that the buyers got a good deal. The current price, in fact, reflects the dilution quite well.
