They would most likely follow MHRA, considering their economic and government structures are parallel, with close relationships.

The issue will be reimbursement. Canada has a one payor, government health care plan. Reimbursements will be limited and it’s possible some patients will need to come to the US and pay out of pocket.

I know from personal experience that they also weight the cost benefit. For example, if an 80 year individual has GBM, it COULD be likely they wouldn’t approve.

Their healthcare system is what Bernie Sanders, et al have lobbied for. Living in both countries over the years, I can say the US healthcare system, with its flaws, is superior!

I don’t believe Canada would yield as much as other countries. They’re bigger in land mass and a tenth of the US population.
