Every BP has been under NDA since NYAS. That's why Linda wisely came out with data before the journal. As bio and others pointed out this allowed negotiations to begin. Once we got the green light from JAMA then Merck backed out of Seagen deal. We are a far superior product. We will see that as the buyout will be greater than 40B. The Seagen talks were good for us as it showcases how hungry Merck are to shore up Keytruda. They showed their hand. Linda has maximum leverage.
