Fireman, So the hiring is done by Advent for manufacturing, why does NWBO need to hire more generals or Marketers ?

You think its that easy? With all due respect, I suggest you do a bit of research in regards to what positions are essential for a small pre-commercial biotech to become a BP, because that is what you are saying here. It requires more than a CEO, CFO and CTO. The paper-work and red tape alone surrounding a new SOC would crush double these people. Its not like selling a computer chip, or a new car. This field is the most highly regulated field in the world, much more is needed. NW Bio hasnt added anyone.
