no one on this board ever took up my invitation to discuss the wording in the chapter 11 closing concerning the statement that WMI made concerning the payout to equity shareholders classes 19, and 22...WMI stated implicitly that those classes were "impaired"...it does not say restitution will be made at a later time from a different venue...a statement of "NO", stands as issued, unless qualified by a corresponding implicit statement....for example:... If the command says "Do not drink this water...it means Do not drink.. IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCE....... If the command says , "Do not drink this water, unless it is purified, then it is ok to drink, if purified by remediation....WMI was very explicit when they stated classes 19, and 22 are "impaired", with no remediation... so, the statement stands as written.... no further payouts to shareholders.... period...
