My thinking is you are correct. We should expect much more of the same as some kind of learning process evolves for CNS diseases. It's possible we will see a ,"One size fits all (or most) ". My guess is there will be spinoffs from AVXL core thinking in Bioworlds future. Most important the Amyloid headset is evolved to a trash heap ASAP.
We are each Bio unique and each evolve w/time, core treatments w/AVXL + variants +time should be expected . I think Dr.M. has given us a peak under the covers at that by patents and ongoing AI news.

The TLR will be a big eye opener w/many other variants to become clearer. IMO, the upstream MOA is our core . Who knows? Some day we may each have our own unique life prescription for some nominal optimum balance. We are just not capable of dealing w/that yet IMO. AVXL is way in front of the herd.
