It’s just a waiting game until a deal is announced. This is really an arbitrage play for a stock that will remain underpriced no matter the share price as long as it remains as an OTC until the partnership and listing occur.

I’m not necessarily recommending you use your pet, but you could bet your chihuahua on this.
