Golf Stud, I'm all for a deal that would optimize the value of AMRN. My fear
is that KM may be a different path. I would not be at all surprised if Denner
begins a proxy contest which may ultimately pit Denner's plan for a BP BO
against KM's "plan." Such a battle would be costly and guess who pays
the cost of KM's side. So far, I see no indication that KM consulted with
Denner on his 2 recent BOD selections. Why KM would decide not to
work with Denner is beyond me and in my opinion is a sign of poor
management. Anyhow, I will try to tone it down.
