Ok, then Management is the problem, they have no hurry to submit the due quarterly reports, ...No good at all!! Is Xu involved in this? The way he diluted this stock was criminal and unforgiven, I watch other RM/ shell stocks and SBES is champion in dilution.

As a matter of fact I read in this board that the current management had issues with the TA. Perhaps they want to find out what happened with around 4-5 Billion shares diluted during Xu ternure? I wonder if they find something suspiciously criminal they could walk away from the RM? only IMO of course,
