Lrich, I sincerely believe that JT deluded himself that he could get a very high
price for AMRN, and what may have been a very narrow window for when he
could have sold the company, that window was slammed shut quickly!
As soon as JT announced the stock offering deal with Goldman that was
when an astute investor should have sold as it signaled the BO game was
over. KM may be deluding himself in thinking he can fix AMRN and get a
good BO price for the company. As much as I hope he is correct I do not
believe he is competent enough to do that. Denner, on the other hand,
likely has a strategy in mind to also sell the company. I trust Denner much
more than KM. My own view, right or wrong, is that the sooner this company
is owned by a competent & motivated BP, the quicker that Vascepa sales
will be optimized. KM sounds like he wants to JV for Vascepa sales. My
view is it must be owned by BP for sales to ever be optimized.
