Yes let’s say Tuskegee is a 300 million contract and Birmingham is 300 million contract. Not even close to 600M will be profit. If 650M is being offered to fund projects and they want a good return on their investment we haven’t seen anything yet. I know this is common sense but not sure some realize what we are talking about here. It takes Billions in contracts to turn a profit on that 650M backing!!!
