CEO Kludge posts about lawsuits but "crickets" about 18 months of delinquent financials or other questions.
Where's the "forecast" (wink wink) $900+ million ?

Wish we could get one more nugget from company about what they are planning for next year and when the financial records will get filed and what exchange they are interested in targeting. Been a rough year here.
