Could it be possible that the company actually has two Offerings available now? We never saw them revoke the .0001 offering and even Joe Canouse stated on these boards that the offering had to be qualified before it became effective and it was on 9/20/22.

Nothing in the amendment says anything about revoking the previous offering .

I guess depending on how the market reacts to 9/30 results the company can figure out which offering path to go down because they still need the money badly.
