CMF/Paul...I agree...There have been plenty of opportunities for Wave to unload larger amounts of their SSPX holdings into this recent rally. I called the company(SSPX) yesterday to see if I could find out any additional info regarding the identity of the lender. No luck....however...given the fact that they now control ~6% of the total outstanding shares...they will have to disclose their identity in an SEC filing. BTW...their shareholders meeting has been put off by nearly a month...which I still plan on attending.
