I'm not sure why the quality of SHMP's product requires going to a 5 star restaurant. Good lobster and/or good shrimp should easily be detected after boiling or steaming with a little cocktail sauce or butter. Hope you agree. Hard to screw up boiling shrimp. In fact, having a chef defeats the purpose. The highest quality restaurants in the world are not making shrimp scampi with a I'm going to steal the line from SHMP CEO "sushi grade shrimp".
