• $TSLA weak again (-4.3% vs NDX -1.0%) on China pricing concerns and worries that Elon will continue to sell $TSLA shares to fund $TWTR cash needs, which appear to be -$3B-$4B/yr. Telling investors he has “too much work on his plate” since TWTR acquisition doesn’t help.

Huge difference between $TSLA price and $TSLA value. Elon selling TSLA shares impacts TSLA price but doesn’t impact TSLA value. If TSLA reduce prices to counter weak demand - a view I don’t agree with - that impacts TSLA value. My $550 TSLA PT reflects my est of TSLA value.
