Linda has been poised and ready to execute the company plan many many times.

Until she accomplishes something that actually enhances shareholder value it is all speculation thats been heard before.

Do not try and ignore or obfuscate that fact. She has stridently failed over and over.

The only thing moving this SP is a rumour of naked shorting.

If the company is turning over a new leaf then they should refute that rumour and clear the air. But then that would tank the SP and theyd get a lot less $$s when they dilute.
