Show me where it says that Canouse/Hicks Preferred’s are restricted . They converted in the past since May and they also get quarterly dividends of hundreds of millions of common shares for holding the remaining amount of preferreds.

And what exactly am I trying to do except to analyze a company’s financials?


<How can you possibly insinuate that there is some type of a luxury and converting preferred shares to common shares when they so choose, when the fact remains that these preferred shares are restricted from being converted?>
