No as you noted EUA would have been a separate path but you cannot apply for such a status with FDA without cut and dry documentation as to ownership. The worse has passed now and so the nation is not in need like it once was and so we are still on our other trajectory to ultimately get jadicell approved for the general population with ARDS.
