Good point in so much that if a company can't pay back a relatively low loan, what would the value of their stock that we gain be worth? I don't understand why everything is such a secret? It's not an NDA of a potential DEAL, so tell us who it is, and what for? If it is anything that the retail investor sees as really good, that would drive the share-price higher, not a bad thing.
