what is meant by that as an example when trying to push the funding relay the entire story...aka is the funding dilutive yes (have seen worse) is the funding @ a 20% discount to the lowest closing bid over the valuation period, yes (have seen worse). Is the funding specifically for Phase 3 NO, not necessarily as per the agreement the company can use the proceeds for anything they choose. Check EGOs @ the door, man up own up to whatever has been said & actions/inaction (s)...Again screenshots do NOT lie nor manipulate[./i]
