Lessee if I grok the hypothesis. The lawyers for DEIRDRE, Chanboned, UOIP (which now has its own separate legal counsel), and CBV are all in cahoots in a giant CONspiracy lying to two Federal judges and DaCourt about the settlement amount ($125M) in numerous sealed court filings, one of which was inadvertently seen by Radar and his clients.

All these lawyers who, unlike Radar, are actually good and experienced Federal litigators, have made false representations to the Court (and to the prior arbitration court arbitrators) in writing. Radar who has both seen and distributed the sealed documents to his clients - none of whom claim or even allege that the settlement amount is anything other than $125M as shown in those official court filings.

NONE of any of the lawyers have ever alleged, even on the thin reed of based on information and belief, that the settlement amount stated in both the arbitration and the D. Del. court case were false, wronGGG, or incomplete. NONE of the lawyers have alleged or requested discovery based on a hypothesis that the settlement amount stated in the arbitration and court official documents were incomplete or a subset of some secret deal that included more munny than $125M.

ALL of the parties‘ lawyers are CONspiring to make and/or allow material false statements in court filings, risking their disbarment, 5 years in Federal prison for each occurrence of a lie in a Federal court filing per 18 USC 1001 et seq., and being held in contempt of court as well. End of all those careers and prison time - shure. That is very bleevable ... LOLOL!
