meow, yes it's only recently that insurance companies have melded in with pharmaceutical companies to become one in the same. the old fashion drugstores are few and far between now pharmacies sell shoes next to medications in the same aisle. Maybe that's why PBMs have turned into a lucrative business. I don't know but once the govt gets involved we're all screwed.
