I do not believe we own the patent. If Im not mistaken the labels state patent pending. We are registered with Fda but not Fda approved. The Dr has stopped short on all of the milestones because they are very expensive and he does not have the cash flow to pursue Fda approval or the real awarding of any patent he has filed for. I do think the patent will expire at some point if he does not get the final approval. That was a main talking point back when the Keough lawsuit was active. Also all patent have an expiration date typically 20 30 yrs but while you as pursuing your patent you can only hold the idea hostage for so long without actively pursuing it before it expires. If you looked into I bet you would find out we have lost those rights or we are dangerously close to losing them
