At the moment i believe Mikealla to be correct. You can easily see the bid has dropped from 1.1 billion to 600 million and those 500 million haven't been sold on the bid either, they are being cancelled and most likely be moved to .0002
The PA is exactly what i thought would take place after this last extension as you can see from my post below on Oct 29th. I too believe unless we get some very positive update on the case we see 2's by weeks end. The speculation has obliviously changed to the negative side here. BYOC from here on out will have to deliver the goods to turn speculation to the positive side. I hope this case is settled on this next go of it, but if i'm being honest as i am here, I personally feel doubtful, as the courts here are obviously in disarray, not to mention i feel both sides are way to far apart to settle. The biggest reason as i've stated several times, without a counter suit by BYOC, Jean will intentionally drag this out and continue to stymie Service 800 existing before, and most importantly hinder the merger if not kill it altogether. Hopeful for some kind of resolution soon!

It most likely over a week or two will trade back at the .0002/.0003 at best. I agree with Getready that it will likely open at 3/4 vs 4/5 as one would think whoever had there 100 million on the 4 bid will kill that prior to the open. I would say with great certainty the merger is and has been tied to the Lawsuit, and I'm sure Geordan convinced Remo that it would be settled by the time the merger took place and wouldn't be a held up. Well... That's not the case. So, the real question everyone should be asking themselves right now is, if the merger is tied to the lawsuit and its likely going to be scheduled for May 2023, one, will it actually take place then or get pushed out, 2nd will it get settled or another mistrial, or BYOC wins, and Jean will of course appeal. 3rd and most importantly will Remo terminate the deal before then. One must not assume Remo could have other interested buyers without all the baggage and drama surrounding $BYOC. I hope not, but I've posted this scenario before, after the 1st delay! REMO will under the deal with BYOC cannot contact or in any way attempt to strike another deal. The deal must be terminated first.
