The typical over-the-counter bulletin board stock is not really a viable business, they're just there to look like a business so they can make the business of printing stock.

If you really look at most of them they make their money from printing stock to keep their little companies going and of course traders are aiming to trade it for 10 to 50% otherwise there would be no Market.
