Every reverse merger I have ever been in ….

Always had the restricted share count go up somewhat.
It’s actually good news.
It just further validates that the merger and transfer were indeed completed successfully.

Meanwhile, the float didn’t go up at all.
Not even by a single share.
It stayed the same. Great news.
